It has been nothing but a pleasure working within the Charing Cross Ctr as a mental health professional over the last 3-4 years. The therapy rooms are very fit for purpose, all staff have always gone the extra mile to ensure I’m catered for and they have great facilities. There are often huge pressures working within the mental health profession, which I’m sure the Charing Cross Ctr staff have also been subjected to, but never have I felt this inhibit the professional and personal relationship I have always enjoyed with them. Very best wishes for everything moving forward.
Counsellor – NHS Talking Therapies
I really like working from the Charing Cross Centre. The staff are friendly and helpful and it feels like a supportive community with the other users of the centre. The location is central so easy for clients and to pop out in breaks. It’s also just round the corner from St Andrew’s Car Park. The centre facilities are good with a waiting room for clients and toilets and kitchens on each floor which are kept clean. I often work into the evening and I really appreciate that the centre is manned with someone on reception at all times which makes it feel like a safe place to work.

The Charing Cross Centre has a friendly and pleasant environment and the management and the staff are accommodating, efficient and friendly.
The facilities within the building are well equipped and the room hire is affordable with the benefit of an all inclusive hire rate.
